Overview

Be-sêsêyo Bî was founded durring the late 17th century in early summer of the year 1594, by Kuzkheh Èdshë. The establishment of Be-sêsêyo Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Kuzkheh Èdshë electing to pay people to resettle in Be-sêsêyo Bî.

Be-sêsêyo Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Be-sêsêyo Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Be-sêsêyo Bî is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt paverstone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Be-sêsêyo Bî's size could have. The town's well-designed, yet cheep have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

A quick look in any direction shows Be-sêsêyo Bî is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this town live. Or if the general public wasn’t so enthusiastically, openly, and merrily participating in these activities.

Cultural Notes

A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.

Be-sêsêyo Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is skipped in Be-sêsêyo Bî.

The Bee, Giant Queen near Be-sêsêyo Bî are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

Be-sêsêyo Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves sacrificing an animal to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.
